Before you decide on ‘any’ agent, why not take advantage of our free valuation and market appraisal service. Book when’s convenient for you, we’ll value your home in the current market and provide illustrations of what is happening within the sales market in your area. Getting the right price for you is paramount.
Marketing & Advertising
We won’t just ‘advertise’ your property we will SELL your property! Upon instruction you will be allocated a dedicated property manager. Whom will liaise direct with you to bring together a strategic marketing campaign with a view to sell your home. From Internet advertising on all the major property sites including ‘Rightmove’, with benefits such as premium listing and featured property. Your property will also receive extensive coverage via the local press, and our high street showrooms. Your property manager will keep in regular contact to discuss the ‘next phase’ of your campaign through to receiving offers, it is their job to negotiate the best deal for you.
Customer Service
You will receive weekly update reports via email detailing the activity on your property such as internet ‘hits’, brochure requests and feedback after every viewing. Rest assured YOU WONT BE LEFT IN THE DARK! Every offer will be put in writing, detailing the offer and the position of the prospective purchaser – it is our job to help you be informed.
In House Progression Team
Once you accept a proceed able offer, our in house progression team will take over from your property manager. It is their job to dedicate their time to progress your sale through to completion. You will receive progression reports every week from survey, searches, mortgage offer, queries to exchange you will be aware of the situation every step of the way!
Fees & HiPs
We believe in complete transparency and therefore offer one fee of 1% + VAT you will pay nothing more to ourselves. This fee will become due upon exchange of contracts of your sale. However in the unlikely event we are unable to sell your property then NO fee will be payable. HiPs Our independent HiP provider works directly for you, there are no hidden charges for us recommending them, we are just concerned that you get the best deal. Packs available from just £199 inc.
