Flexible Viewings
We understand that you lead a busy lifestyle and cannot always be available to view potential properties during working hours. Unlike other agents and estate agents we will make ourselves available to you for viewing appointments that are convenient to you.
Your deposit is protected
Your deposit will be held by a government approved scheme called "Deposit Protection Service (DPS)", unless the landlord wishes to register it in their own approved scheme. This means your deposit is protected - no one can access your deposit without your approval. At the end of your tenancy, we aim to return all deposits within 30 days of vacation. Where this is not possible we keep you updated of the situation and return the deposit as soon as possible.
If we are the management agent, we will endeavour to get maintenance issues resolved within 24 hours of reporting it to our office
We aim to instruct a maintenance contractor to deal with your maintenance issue within 24 hours of it being reported to our office. We will then keep you up to date with progress of repairs.
You will receive all your paperwork within 7 days of you moving in
You will receive copies of all relevant paperwork within 7 days of the start of your tenancy; this will include a copy of your in-going inventory and contract.
All properties are inspected prior to your occupation to ensure acceptable standards
We will inspect all properties prior to your moving in to ensure that they are in an acceptable condition for new tenants. We will also inspect any properties that we manage every quarter, to ensure that there are no issues with the property and they are kept in tip-top condition for you.
Legal requirements are adhered to and copies provided to you
We ensure that all gas appliances provided in the properties are tested annually for safety, you will be given a copy of the safety certificates within 7 days of the start of your tenancy.
